Replacing one meal a day with a Blender Bombs Smoothie has helped thousands of people get on track with their health goals. Making the perfect Blender Bomb smoothie is easy.
The basic recipe goes like this:
1 x cup frozen fruit
1 x cup veggies
1 x Blender Bomb
2 x tbsp Bomb Butter
Water and ice!
If you’re new to the smoothie making game, I know it can seem a little daunting - but I promise it’s not! One of my go-to smoothie recipes is the Chocolate Cravings Smoothie. It tastes exactly like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and is perfect for sneaking in your veggies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 x Peanut Butter & Cacao Blender Bomb
2 x tbsp Bomb Butter
¾ x frozen banana
2 x tbsp cacao powder
1 x tbsp peanut butter (can sub any nut butter)
~ 1 x cup water and ice
OPTIONAL VEGGIE ADD INS:
1 x cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
½ x cup riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
